Hello, and welcome!

If you're here, you probably love stories as much as I do. Stories about women who refuse to stay where they're placed. Stories about impossible choices, broken loyalties, and the cost of freedom. Stories that make your heart race and then leave you thinking long after the last page.

That's the kind of story I set out to write with my debut novel, ESCAPE—a science fantasy about a living goddess who discovers the priesthood intends to eat her, and the two women who help her run.

I'm I.M. He, and I'm so glad you've found your way here. I'm an American writer living in Qingdao, China, where I teach communication and literature by day and build worlds by night. This website is my corner of the internet to share that journey with you.
